Consider life’s greatest challenges are opportunities to find peace of mind. That may sound outrageous if you’re in tremendous pain or feeling anxious about a relationship or even facing the loss of a loved one. The truth is when we feel our fears, tell our stories, and open up to the possibility of peace, connection and healing, it is absolutely possible to achieve that often illusive peace of mind. Of course, attempting to do this alone in a non-supportive environment is NOT recommended. Instead, get guidance, do your own personal work with the help of someone who has done it and regularly helps others.
